About the Go Kiwi Hotel Pass The Go Kiwi Hotel pass programme is a convenient, flexible and cost effective way to travel throughout New Zealand. Operating for over 15 years and now the largest Hotel pass programme in New Zealand, Go Kiwi has been designed specifically for the independent traveller and incorporates 93 Hotels ranging from 3 to 4 star standard in 46 key city and resort locations throughout the North and South Islands of New Zealand. The properties in the Go Kiwi Hotel pass programme have been carefully selected for their convenient locations, quality facilities and high standards of personalised service.
Why Use Go Kiwi? You have the choice of pre-booking your entire New Zealand itinerary through your travel agent (recommended between the months of October and March) or alternatively you can purchase open dated vouchers using Go Kiwi. We offer a free book ahead service at each Hotel or via our Central Reservations Office. This will give you the greatest flexibility while exploring the Land of the Long White Cloud! Please refer to the itinerary pages for some sample itineraries that will assist you in planning your holiday to New Zealand. Regardless of whether you have a pre-booked itinerary or are travelling on open dated vouchers, on arrival in New Zealand our Central Reservations office is available toll free for assistance. Each Hotel in the Go Kiwi Hotel pass programme have toll free reservation numbers listed in the directory.
Easy to Use Voucher System Any unused vouchers should be taken back to the place of purchase. Check with your travel agent prior to departure on the refund policies, normally there is an administration fee charged and refunds can only be processed on return of the original voucher.
Guaranteed Bookings If travelling on open dated vouchers and making reservations after your arrival in New Zealand, you will be required to quote your credit card number to guarantee your reservation. All major credit cards are accepted. Open dated vouchers do not ensure availability and we recommend you pre-book your accommodation at least 24 hours in advance.
